Self Awareness provides a person with the ability to both understand where they can be great and where they are likely to be exposed. Mastery then equips that person with the ability to consistently perform, irrespective of the conditions they find themselves in. This is the ultimate from of personal resilience.

The moment a team member cannot be trusted to get something done, a gap appears that can create duplication, silo’s, possessiveness, mistakes, inappropriate workloads, and inefficiencies. High performing teams are made of high trust individuals. There are two skills high trust individuals possess; individual capability at the highest level and the ability to connect that capability to others.
